Appointment does not show up in Planner due to marked as tentative.
Cause:
The appointment has been marked as tentative. A tentative appointment does not show in the Planner view at all and does not appear bold in the Date Navigator.
Solution:
Edit the appointment and clear the 'Tentative' check box or display the date in Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views.
Do the following to edit the appointment:
1) Click 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly' tab.
2) Select the appointment to be edited.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Edit Item'. (The Appointment dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'General' tab.
5) Clear the 'Tentative' check box.
Clear Tentative
6) Click 'OK'.
